9. Enough Water
Our bodies cannot store their own water supplies, plants can in the form of fleshy stems but we can’t. You have probably heard of the saying ‘water is life’. Yes, this is very true in every sense. The body needs a constant supply of water for its most basic functions. Water in the body is used to ease the process of digestion, to hydrates cells and fasten the removal of toxins through the kidneys and the liver. Water is even used to cool down your body when you sweat. Without water, the functioning of organs slows down, the skin gets drier and blood literary thickness and moves with difficulty around the body. To retain the youthfulness of your cells and live longer, drink about 8 glasses of pure clean water a day.
