#3 Believe Parallax
You probably don’t have any idea who that is, and quite frankly, neither did we until we decided to find out who the hell first though of the idea that the Earth is flat. It turns out it was a guy called Samuel Rowbotham, who founded a school of thought ‘Zetetic astronomy’.
He decided to offer another theory to oppose the one that the Earth is a water covered orb, which was widely accepted by scientists and philosophers ever since 400 BC. Just in case, Rowbotham decided to use the pseudonym Parallax, because, quite frankly, it sounded very cool even in Victorian times.
