#11 TAKE EXTRA NUTRIENTS
Vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts and other additives are useful for our health so why not take them? People’s opinion are divided when it’s about taking additives but if they are preventing us and keeping us healthy there is no such reason why not using it.
For cancer prevention, it would take an intake of antioxidants. As we get old our bodies are not reducing enough amount of antioxidant so it is good to take them as our food supplements. The best-known antioxidants are astaxanthin, resveratrol, alpha lipoic acid, and L-glutathione. Glass of red wine and a piece of dark chocolate are more than welcome as antioxidants.
